Report Abuse in Education Helpline

The Department for Education has been working with the NSPCC to launch a dedicated helpline for victims of sexual abuse.

The helpline provides victims of abuse with the appropriate support, advice and onward action, including contacting professionals or the police if they wish. The helpline also provides support to parents and professionals too.

The dedicated NSPCC helpline - Report Abuse in Education – can be contacted by phone:
0800 136 663, or by emailing help@nspcc.org.uk

Anyone who gets in touch through this helpline will be signposted to other relevant support services available, including Childline which provides ongoing support and counselling to children and young people.

Support can be accessed directly in school by contacting the Designated Child Protection Team at safeguarding@woodkirk.leodis.org.uk
